MESYUARAT AM TAHUNAN DI MBSB BANK, MENARA MBSB PJ SENTRAL; PERASAAN TIDAK PUASHATI AHLI TERHADAP MAJIKAN YANG MENINDAS DAN TIDAK PATUH KEPADA PERJANJIAN KOLEKTIF MCBA & NUBE
RABU 15HB JULY 2022 - Pada tanggal tarikh hari ini NUBE KLSP telah dijemput untuk mengadakan satu mesyuarat am bertempat di MBSB Bank, Menara Mbsb PJ Sentral pada jam 5.45 petang. Ahli-ahli NUBE di sini amat bertuah kerana perwakilan NUBE KLSP di hadiri oleh Setiausaha Agung NUBE sendiri iaitu saudara J. Solomon bersama-sama Bendahari Kehormat NUBE KLSP dan juga Exco NUBE iaitu bro Rahmat Hamid, Ajk Cawangan NUBE KLSP dan juga Ketua Zon PJ bro Muhamat Yusri dan juga Ajk-Ajk Kerja KLSP iaitu bro Muhamad Afiq, bro Mohd Fareed dan bro Ameer Izzat.
Di dalam mesyuarat tersebut pelbagai pengaduan telah diutarakan antaranya ialah diskriminasi ke atas ahli NUBE, ketidakpatuhan Perjanjiian Kolektif dan juga penindasan yang berleluasa. Saudara J. Solomon ambil maklum dan mengambil serius mengenai perkara ini dan berjanji tindakan susulan akan dilakukan. Beliau juga memberi penerangan mengenai hak-hak mutlak pekerja yang telah diabaikan dan penindasan demi pejindasan yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak pengurusan MBSB Bank. Semua ahli faham dan bersetuju untuk bangun mempertahankan hak masing-masing. Mereka juga berjanji akan bersatu padu dan terus memberi sokongan yang penuh kepada NUBE.
Syabas dan tahniah diucapkan kepada ahli-ahli NUBE di MBSB Bank kerana berani bangkit mempertahankan hak masing-masing.
