Sesi suai kenal adalah peluang untuk para peserta mengetahui, mempelajari dan memahami banyak perkara baharu berkenaan hak asasi manusia.
Kefahaman dan pengetahuan yang ditimba sepanjang seminar ini akan memudahkan ahli-ahli menyesuaikan diri dengan persekitaran tempat kerja dan memudahkan permulaan mempertahankan hak di tempat kerja.
