Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan Malaysia telah menjemput NUBE cawangan Kelantan/Terengganu untuk menghadiri program ini bertempat di Duyong Marina & Resort, Pulau Duyong Kuala Terengganu. Program ini telah diadakan pada 4 Mei 2017 (Khamis).
Program ini telah dirasmikan oleh YB Dato’ Sri Haji Ismail bin Hj Abd. Muttalib Timb. Menteri Sumber Manusia.
Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan Malaysia En. Khalid bin Jali serta Pengarah-Pengarah Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan negeri-negeri Terengganu, Kelantan dan Pahang.
NUBE cawangan Kelantan/Terengganu telah menghantar 6 orang peserta di ketuai oleh Saudara Awang Ludin bin Mohamad Pengerusi NUBE cawangan Kelantan/Terengganu merangkap Exco NUBE serta 5 orang ajk cawangan. Peserta program ini terdiri daripada pihak majikan, pekerja dan pihak kesatuan.
Program ini bertujuan untuk mempromosikan perlaksanaan sistem upah yang dikaitkan dengan produktiviti (PLWS) di Malaysia dan membincangkan isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan perhubungan perusahaan.
Selain Ceramah berkait PLWS, sesi perkongsian berkenaan dengan perundangan perusahaan, pertikaian perusahaan dan isu-isu berkenaan perhubungan perusahaan turut dibincangkan pada majlis tersebut.
