Pegawai-Pegawai Kesatuan dari NUBE Ipoh Branch yang hadir pada mesyuarat itu ialah Ahli-Ahli Jawatankuasa Cawangan, Bro Nicholas Quah dan Bro Sivabalan.
Pada mesyuarat itu, Pegawai-Pegawai yang hadir telah memberi taklimat kepada ahli-ahli berkenaan dengan Skim AIA-GHSI serta juga telah mengemaskini aktiviti-aktiviti Kesatuan.
Ahli-Ahli juga telah mengadakan perbincangan beberapa perkara yang berkaitan dengan kerja yang telah dikemukakan semasa mesyuarat tersebut.
