Permintaan untuk satu bulan gaji sebagai Bantuan Perayaan bagi semua pekerja Bank di Malaysia.
FEBFI mendesak ABM untuk mengikuti amalan yang mulia oleh bank-bank Malaysia dalam memberikan setiap pekerja termasuk Pengurus Besar gaji asas sebulan sebagai Bantuan Perayaan, sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh rakan sejawat mereka di Indonesia.
Langkah ini akan menangani perasaan diabaikan yang berlarutan di kalangan pekerja bank Malaysia dan memupuk keadilan serta rasa terima kasih.
Dengan menjelangnya Hari Raya Puasa, kami menggesa bank-bank untuk mempertimbangkan permintaan ini dengan belas kasihan, mengakui sumbangan penting pekerja Malaysia kepada keuntungan bank-bank di Malaysia.
Tindak balas positif tidak hanya akan meningkatkan semangat pekerja tetapi juga mempromosikan kebaikan dan perpaduan dalam sektor perbankan.
