Pembelajaran bagi 29 peserta seminar Grassroot kali ini diteruskan dengan topik-topik seperti tanggungjawab dan hak sebagai ahli, Perjanjian Kolektif, Perlembagaan NUBE dan Kaedah Menguruskan Aduan Rasmi.
Walaupun dengan jadual yang padat, para peserta terus menunjukkan ketekunan dan menimba ilmu dengan penuh sabar sambil dikongsikan dengan pelbagai kisah pengalaman dari tenaga pengajar.
Seminar ini telah diakhiri dengan sesi Dialog Bersama Setiausaha Agung yang juga merangkap sebagai Pengerusi NUBE KLSP.
Sesi Dialogue berlanjutan sehingga waktu makan namun para peserta masih teruja bertanya.
NUBE KLSP menutup tirai Seminar Grassroot di NTC dengan tekanan kepentingan menjaga, membina dan mengukuhkan pelaburan harta pusaka kita - NUBE.
Penyampaian sijil penyertaan telah disempurnakan oleh Setiausaha Agung bersama semua tenaga pengajar.
NUBE KLSP mengucapkan tahniah dan syabas kepada kesemua peserta yang telah hadir dari Kuala Lumpur, Selangor dan Pahang.
