Perjumpaan bermula dengan Sis. A Karuna meminta semua hadirin mengenang kembali zaman kegemilangan HSBC Bank, dua puluh tahun yang lalu apabila HSBC Bank menjadi majikan idaman. Impian setiap warga pekerja di dalam industri perbankan pada masa itu adalah menjadi pekerja di HSBC Bank. Begitu juga dengan para pelanggan; mempunyai akaun HSBC atau membawa kad HSBC berprestij.
Mereka yang telah memulakan kerjaya mereka dengan HSBC Bank terkenang kembali tempoh perdana itu. Mereka juga terkenang budaya HSBC menghormati warga pekerja dan keuntungan bank di kongsi bersama pada masa itu.
Mereka senyap buat seketika dan jelas sedih menyedari HSBC Bank telah berubah hari ini.
Sis A Karuna menegaskan bagaimana HSBC Bank kini mempunyai pihak Pengurusan yang bakhil, sengaja melanggar hak asasi manusia dan penuh dengan tipu muslihat serta kejam.
Beliau menegaskan hanya perpaduan dan solidariti warga NUBE yang boleh membawa kejayaan bersama kepimpinan NUBE yang tegas memperjuangkan hak asasi ahli-ahli CSB di HSBC Bank.
Ahli-ahli NUBE juga disarankan agar bersatu dan aktifkan diri bersama-sama NUBE supaya keselamatan pekerjaan terjamin ditempat kerja berserta hak asasi mereka sebagai pekerja Bank.
Turut hadir di dalam perjumpaan ini bersama SU NUBE KLSP Sdri A.Karuna
adalah Sdr Mohd Rahmat selaku Ketua Zon, Naib Pengerusi NUBE (peringkat nasional) Sdr Wan Mohd Affendi dan
Sdr Chee Yeeh Ceeu serta AJK NUBE KLSP Sdr T. Sethupathy telah hadir ke mesyuarat pada hari ini.
