Kangar - 10 Oktober 2018 - Ahli-ahli Maybank Kangar telah menganjurkan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan bagi tahun 2018/2019. NUBE Northern Region Penang/Kedah/Perlis telah diberi penghormatan dengan dijemput ke Mesyuarat tersebut.
Sdr Haji Mohamad Ilyas dan Sdr Muhammad Jamil selaku Ketua Zon 1 Alor Setar/Kangar/Langkawi telah mewakili NUBE Northern Region pada mesyuarat tersebut.
Ahli-ahli telah diberi penekanan bahawa mereka sepatutnya berbangga menjadi ahli NUBE kerana NUBE merupakan antara Kesatuan Pekerja yang terbaik di rantau ini. Ahli-ahli turut dinasihati agar menjaga pekerjaan mereka sebaik mungkin serta bersedia untuk skop kerja baru jika ada pada masa akan datang.
