NUBE membuat laporan polis terhadap HSBC kerana melakukan tindakan menyalahi undang-undang apabila menyimpan pasport pekerja asing yang dibawa masuk dalam kotak oleh pemegang akaun 'Premier' untuk tujuan membuka akaun baru bagi pekerja-pekerja tersebut.
Urusniaga ini dilakukan secara sistematik pada lewat petang bagi mengelakkan para pekerja mengesan ketidakteraturan ini.
Inilah satu lagi contoh penglibatan perniagaan yang tidak jujur dan menyalahi undang-undang yang dilakukan oleh HSBC dan masih banyak lagi yang belum didedahkan oleh NUBE untuk perhatian pihak berkuasa bagi tindakan yang diperlukan.
