KAMPAR, 19 Julai: NUBE Ipoh telah menganjurkan program “Grassroot Level Seminar” di sini pada 15 dan 16 Julai lalu bagi memperkasakan ahli kesatuan.
Seminar ini membolehkan para peserta memahami tentang latar belakang sejarah dan struktur NUBE, Perjanjian Kolektif, peranan, hak dan tanggungjawab mereka sebagai ahli NUBE.
Pengendalian seminar telah diketuai oleh Timbalan Setiausaha Agung NUBE, Sis A Karuna selaku Ketua Pelatih Kebangsaan. Beliau telah dibantu oleh Bro Yushamizan, Bro Mohamed Syukri dan Bro Edwin Salomon.
Para peserta sangat positif dan bersemangat dengan mengikuti seminar ini. Para peserta merakamkan rasa bersyukur kerana diberi peluang untuk menimba ilmu pengetahuan baharu.
Mereka juga telah dapat memahami perjuangan NUBE dalam melindungi hak ahli serta tanggungjawab mereka sebagai ahli dalam memartabatkan hak-hak pekerja.
NUBE Ipoh juga merakamkan tahniah kepada semua ahli yang menyertai program ini.
