9.4.2021, Johor Bahru, Johor - Walaupun pandemik masih berleluasa tetapi tiada apa-apa akan memisahkan pemimpin dan keahlian NUBE SMJ. Setiausaha Agung Sdr. J Solomon telah sampai ke Harimau Selatan untuk bersama AJK-AJK serta membuat lawatan kerja di daerah bandaraya Johor Bahru, Johor.
Turut bersama Sdr J Solomon, Sdr Tan Eng Hong Presiden merangkap Setiausaha Cawangan, Sdri Evelyn Chan Ahli EXCO merangkap Naib-pengerusi cawangan telah melawat cawangan-cawangan berikut:-
1. Hong Leong Bank - Jln Wong Ah Fook
2. CIMB Bank - Bangunan Umno
3. Public Bank Tower - Caw. JB Main, HP Center JB, Credit Administration Center, Security Deposit Center, Credit Control Center serta Regional Office
4. Maybank - City Square
5. United Overseas Bank - City Square
Lawatan berjalan dengan lancar dan walaupun cuasa yang
sungguh panas tidak menjadi halangan ahli-ahli di SMJ menangkap gambar dengan Sdr J Solomon dan berbual sepatah dua.
Pada petang jugak Sdr J Solomon telah bersama kesemua
AJK Cawangan SMJ untuk memberi nasihat dan mendapatkan
cadangan tentang topik dalam sektor perbankan seperti berikut:-
1. Perlunya latihan berterusan dalam memastikan keutuhan kesatuan;
2. Kefahaman dan ancaman Bekerja Dari Rumah (BDR);
3. Kepentingan semangat solidarity, hubungan baik antara pucuk pimpinan dan ahli
4. Tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai pemimpin Kesatuan Sekerja.
Kesemua Ahli Jawatankuasa NUBE SMJ amat gembira dan berpuas hati dengan penjelasan yang di sampaikan oleh Sdr J Solomon.
