KUALA LUMPUR – Pengerusi Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia, Negeri Sembilan, Tan Sri Rais Yatim menyeru orang ramai membantah tindakan beberapa bank yang mengenakan caj pada perkhidmatan di kaunter dan mesin deposit tunai (CDM) bagi pembayaran bil kad kredit.
Bekas menteri kabinet itu, caj tersebut sebagai keterlaluan dan membebankan pengguna terutama golongan B40.
“Sedar-sedar Facebook baharu lapor – setiap khidmat kaunter bank kini kena caj RM2? Kalau benar, caj ini jelas mencekik sebab yang guna khidmat kaunter kebanyakan guru, golongan B40, peneroka, nelayan dan peruncit.
“Sehelai cek sudah lama kena caj. Untung bank berbilion ringgit. Mari bantah,” katanya menerusi ciapan yang dimuat naik melalui akaun Twitternya.
Isu tindakan beberapa bank yang mengenakan caj pada perkhidmatan di kaunter dan mesin bagi pembayaran bil kad kredit kini menjadi perbualan oleh netizen di media sosial.
